I believe in a world where women can shed the pain of their past and step into their purpose, free from the fear of judgment—leading with our hearts instead of our minds—compassion instead of judgment. Heal pain instead of cause pain.
Life hasn’t always looked as positive for me as it does now. At 18, my parents kicked me out of their home with nowhere to go, and I had to find my independence and learn how to survive on my own. A few months later, I was diagnosed with an incurable illness that was supposed to take my life within a few short years. By the grace of God and over 30 surgeries, I am here today to shine God’s light and offer hope to this world.
I have struggled with feelings of worthlessness and overcoming the belief that I would never be enough to find a place in this world.
It took a lot of work to get where I am; my journey isn’t over yet. I have found an amazing husband after escaping an abusive relationship and my daughter’s death. He has taught me who I truly am and how to embrace my strength and claim my truths. I now have three beautiful children and spend my life helping others who have lost hope in themselves to again fall in love with themselves so they, too, can love the world around them.
I have become a strong, confident, and courageous woman by embracing my strengths and finding comfort in my truth. I have developed a passion for helping others who struggle to find themselves or embrace their truth, re-write their scripts, and create the life they have always dreamed of.
I teach how to reprogram the thoughts that take over your mind and make you question your power. You can heal your mind, body, and soul by addressing your past and releasing negativity. Many people suffer from pain, health issues, mental exhaustion, etc. We tried traditional methods to address our concerns but could not find relief. I help you discover the root of the problems rather than cover the symptoms and address the wounds within you. I combine many holistic healing modalities to help you get the most out of each session with me.
